Small house on the ground floor renovated in a very quiet and central area, less than 5 minutes walk to the Plaza de Sóller and a few meters away has a supermarket and some restaurants.

It is the ideal property to spend a vacation in couple. It has a bedroom, a bathroom and a dining room fully equipped and furniture of high standing. It has a small terrace that gives access to the pool (shared with a single property more). It also has baby equipment (if requested in advance)
