DESCRIPTION

This beautiful apartment with incredible views to the sea is 5 minutes walk from the beach, tram stop and all local amenities. Located in the picturesque Puerto de Sóller and the Tramuntana mountain range, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It is the perfect combination of beach, mountains and sun.

Located in a unique building overlooking the port, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), open kitchen, two large dining rooms and a living room. Renovated in 2018 with the two bathrooms completely remodeled and other improvements in the apartment so that our guests feel even more pleasant.

The covered balcony can be fully enclosed or open in the summer and gives you the opportunity to enjoy it throughout the year. It is large enough to have a dining table for 6-8 people, a sofa bed and a telescope. However, it is not suitable for sunbathing or barbecues.

We also provide all the necessary items for the baby: a crib, high chair, baby bath, buggy, children’s bikes, mini micro scooter and some toys.

Guest access:

Full-size telescope, iPad / iPod dock with Bluetooth, travel books, coffee maker, WiFi and a beautiful fireplace, all available for your use.

The neighborhood:

The location is perfect for cycling, hiking or just for a beach holiday in Puerto Soller. You will enjoy night walks with all the restaurants, bars and some boutiques that the city has to offer. From the port of Port de Sóller, boat and diving excursions are offered, bicycles, motorcycles and segways can be rented, or simply stay on the beach and enjoy the Mediterranean Sea.

Move:

The apartment is within the village, 200 m from the beach, 35 km from the airport, 300 m from the supermarket, 0 m from a hiking trail, 250 m from a marina. The car is not necessary, but if you rent one, you can park it on the street. The apartment is also on a very short but steep hill and may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties.
