Sa Cabana d’es Vicari is located on a rustic property between the mountains of Fornalutx surrounded by fruit trees at 500 meters above sea level.
Built at the beginning of the 19th century, the current owners have restored it, preserving the flavor of the old Majorcan mountain houses.
Space
It is a mountain farm. It is 500 meters above sea level. Perfect for those who want to rest and take walks in the countryside.
The road from Biniaraix is 4 km with 97 curves, although it is paved, it is narrow and the first time is amazing, although when clients leave the house they usually say that it is not as hard as they initially feared.

The farm is ideal for couples, families and/or hikers who want to spend a quiet holiday in the middle of the beautiful mountain landscape of the Serra de Tramontana (a World Heritage Site declared by UNESCO).

The Town of Fornalutx has a title as the most beautiful towns in Spain.
Only 5 km from the center of Fornalutx, 5 km from Sóller and 9 km from Puerto de Sóller and its beautiful beach.
Services and common areas
It has several terraces, a swimming pool with a solarium, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an old renovated and equipped kitchen, two dining rooms, and a large living room. Also integrated into the house is an old mill.

Guests have 700,000 square meters to walk around the estate, among olive trees and holm oaks, as long as they respect the environment and keep any doors they find closed to prevent the lambs from escaping.
The entire house is at your disposal except the rooms that the property keeps locked.

There is no air conditioning but there are fans in all rooms.
Other notable aspects
AN IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Because the access road to the property is very narrow and steep, it is recommended to rent a small car. From the town of Sóller to the house it is about 25 minutes driving along a mountain road. There is no public or private transportation to the property.

It is prohibited to come with electric cars as they cannot be charged on the property. The energy is solar with the support of an electric generator but it is not strong enough to charge an electric car.

Once at home they will be given specific instructions, such as avoiding wasting water, electricity works with solar energy except when machines such as dishwashers, etc. are installed. that starts a support generator, and attend to the questions that customers request.
